As part of our continuing expansion plans we are looking for a National Product Manager to develop sales of a new metallic Press-Fit system to the industrial, building services, water treatment and fire protection markets. This new product range will be launched in the first quarter of 2015 with a special promotional stand at the EcoBuild Exhibition at Excel London in March
Ideally based in either the London or Birmingham areas, you will be responsible for developing sales nationally with a team of six regional Business Development Mangers for support. The position will entail working from a home office as well as spending a certain amount of time travelling throughout the UK to support the external sales team. This will also involve preparation and delivery of technical presentations to a wide range of customers and prospects such as Engineering and Design Houses, Architects and Specifiers, M&E Contractors, Fire Sprinkler Contractors, OEM's etc.
Applicants must be experienced in technical sales, preferably within a pipes and fittings environment, and have a proven record in customer development and support. Preferably with an engineering or pipework background, applicants must have field sales experience in selling technical products. You must be capable of working on your own initiative, organising priorities, and be committed to providing total customer care.
