EasyClean® Ground Standard Underground (G) grease separators are designed according to EN 1825-1. These monolithic, lightweight PE constructed separators, are 100% leak proof and corrosion resistant, easy to place in excavation pit, and have a 20-year warranty. An underground installation outside the building is a safe and clean alternative to free-standing set-up. The EasyClean® Standard (G) Underground, is a complete solution, and has Individual installation depths, with extended versions for deeper installations being supplied with an extension section 800mm Ø. Extensive height and level adjustment, and compensation for the ground covering settling is accommodated, with the telescopic polymer upper sections. These consist of Upper sections made of polymer, with cover class A/B, D in accordance with EN 124 made of cast iron, sealed odour-tight. The separation process is passive (gravity), and the cleaned wastewater flows via gravity into the sewage channel, with no additional pump required. Emptying is carried out by inserting the tanker hose directly into the chamber, and the entire contents is sucked out, followed by a refill of clean water.
