EasyClean® Mix & Pump (M+S) grease separators are designed according to EN 1825-1. Equipped with an automated self-cleaning system and a pumping disposal system rather than relying on suction., these monolithic, PE separators, are 100% leak proof and corrosion resistant, easy to install, are almost maintenance free, with a 20-year warranty. The structural design of the tank, prevents its implosion and expansion without the use steel reinforcement. The advantage of the EasyClean® Mix & Pump (M+S) is that disposal can take place through permanently installed disposal lines while the twin covers of the separator remain closed. The disposal truck can hook up to a connection on an exterior wall, and the entire contents is pumped out without any unpleasant odours escaping. After the contents of the separator has been pumped out, the interior of the separator is automatically rinsed and cleaned with warm water in a multi-step process which is manually controlled from the control unit.
