EasyClean® Standard grease separators are designed according to EN 1825-1. For free-standing installation in frost-protected areas, KESSEL PE separators, are 100% leak proof and corrosion resistant with integrated sludge trap and sloped surfaces for fast and clean disposal, with two domed sealed odour-tight covers, and quick release closures. The structural design of the tank, prevents its implosion and expansion without the use steel reinforcement. A suction device or vacuum tanker is required, for the joint disposal of contents of sludge trap and grease separator chamber, intake pipe 75 mm OD PN 10 in accordance with DIN 2501. Emptied via inserting suction hose directly into the tank via one or both covers. Inlet and outlet Ø 200 / 250 mm for the connection to PE-HD pipes according to DIN 19537, HT pipes according to DIN 19560, PP or AS.
