For stock items: All orders placed before 4.30pm on weekdays will be dispatched the same day.
For non-stock items: Orders will be dispatched within 7 days.
For specially fabricated products: Orders will be dispatched within 14 days.
How long will delivery take?
Customers in most parts of the UK will revive their order within 24 hours. For More remote areas such as the Scottish Highlands, Islands, and Ireland delivery takes a little longer, if you live in one of these areas contact us for specific details.
How much is the delivery charge?
We charge £13.50 plus VAT for all standard deliveries, regardless of the size of the order.
Is next day delivery available?
We offer next day AM delivery at a charge of £19.50 plus VAT. For deliveries with specific requirements please contact our office.
Is VAT included in prices?
All of our prices exclude VAT.
What are your opening hours?
The office is open 8.30am until 5.00pm Monday to Friday.
Is training available?
We are happy to provide off-site or on-site training to customers. Please enquire for details.

What is your return policy?
If you are in anyway dissatisfied with our product, or have found on receipt that you have ordered incorrectly, call our customer service team within 7 days to arrange return and full refund for "as new" products. (This excludes custom-made, non-stock or specially ordered items.)
