First IPS Carbon Literacy Training Session

At IPS Flow Systems, we recently embarked on a pivotal journey towards sustainability by completing our first Carbon Literacy Training session. This initiative, supported by Indutrade UK Ltd and guided by the expertise of Richard Cook (MCIPS) and Alan Spence, was designed using the The Carbon Literacy Project framework and it proved to be an extraordinary experience for all participants.

As a company that prides itself on leading by example in the realm of environmental stewardship, we understand the significance of equipping our team with the knowledge and tools necessary to make a positive impact on our planet. The training session was not merely an educational program; it was an inspiring and transformative experience that enlightened us on the carbon costs and impacts of our everyday activities, both personally and professionally.

Through interactive discussions, hands-on activities, and engaging presentations, our team was empowered with a comprehensive understanding of carbon literacy. This newfound knowledge has motivated us to implement meaningful changes within our operations and to advocate for sustainable practices in our industry.

We are immensely proud of this step we have taken towards reducing our carbon footprint and contributing to a more sustainable future. Our first Carbon Literacy Training session was a testament to our commitment to environmental responsibility, and it marks the beginning of a continuous journey towards sustainability at IPS Flow Systems.
