	Mark Madden Business Development Manager – Northern Ireland Email My role is to look for the opportunities in Northern Ireland and also in the Republic of Ireland for IPS. To also look after our current customer needs and support them in any way possible.
Industry Experience
Have been in the domestic/ Industrial plumbing sales sectors for over 18 years. From starting off on a local plumbing trade counter to my role now as a Business Development manager for IPS.
Specialisms / Work Interests
My background in the industrial industry is dealing with clean water industries. This is from working with local water sectors and miles of foot prints all over sites from new WTWs to refurbs of WTWs. I also have allot of background in the swimming pool and agricultural industries that require industrial plumbing. Interests in work are the new challenges I come across every day. Making sure my customer is at the front of everything I do on a day-to-day basis.

Not ever saying ‘it can’t be done’ There’s always a solution for everything!
Outside Of Work
I am keen sports enthusiast Playing various team sports such as Football, and all general fitness activities including Crossfit I like travelling especially visits to the USA and hopefully 2022 can open up the travel corridor again.
